Good pay, limited hours and inconsistent management
|
The pay is good with the tips however your hours tend to be limited and there is NO overtime unless working at multiple stores when needed. Management is inconsistent with rules, communication and policy.

I would not recommend working here. There is a lot of drama caused by unethical workplace behaviors and lack of checks and balances. Issues that get brought up take ages to address.

Terrible management and communication
|
I worked part time while I was a student and the work itself was fine but the managers were ridiculous sometimes. There was a huge double standard about using phones and electronics. I wasn’t allowed to be on my phone at all but the cooks were constantly watching movies or sports games while on the clock. There was also a lot of gossip and prying into my personal life during work that I was uncomfortable with, and many times I was kept hours after my shift ended to clean up other people’s work. With helpful management, the job would’ve been alright.

I enjoy working with this company. It is accepting and flexible.

I am trained fully on two stations. Noodle and Front of house. My schedule is flexible, I either work mornings or night. It’s easy to adjust my hours.
|
$10 on duty meals. PTO. Paid 15 breaks.

kinda sucks as a job but the people make it. in-store management is personable and loveable and makes it all worth it. higher-up management is less understanding, continuing to push out our raises and making changes to the company without notifying managers.

Managers and training were terrible. Also was not flexible when it came to scheduling . Didn’t train me on my first day and left me to the wolves. There was a line out the door and I was so overwhelmed because I hardly knew what to do

Relatively easy work for little pay
|
Depending on position and how busy it is work is pretty easy. Pay is not great but that’s to be expected. In my opinion it might just be worth it to work at another fast food chain that will pay you more for the same if not less work.

Not much just annoying, gossipy managers there. Doing a lot of back breaking work for terrible pay. The only good thing is that they were pretty flexible with scheduling but I still did not like it there lol.
