HR and leadership retaliates against employees who complain about unfair treatment due to characteristics that they cannot control and about the the environment.
If you apply to go into a training program, you will get the night shift, you will not be let off on time. You are expected to play politics with female leaders and their close colleagues who work under them. Do not expect to be treated as a professional. This company thrives off of politics and not the mission in which you thought you were signing onto.
This company allows leadership to dictate and treat subordinates as such. They treat lab assistants, lab technologist trainees and accessioning technicians as disposable human resources.
HR will definitely retaliate if you get injured from doing high volume workloads on the job. Once you are out, They will withhold unemployment for as long as they can.
As a person and WOC who went to college to further my education and saw this company as an opportunity to improve my life and the lives of patients through working for this company, I am warning ALL professionals to look elsewhere.
Don't sacrifice your work ethic, professional etiquette and mental health for this company. It just is not worth the monetary gain, Go to a company with high integrity and don't settle for less just to try to climb up the ladder based on the belief that this company will advance your career in science.
POC and from all backgrounds, don't sacrifice your identify for a paycheck. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. LIFE IS TOO SHORT.
