The reps in the same boat as you are the only thing keeping you afloat.
|
No work life balance, constantly doing other people’s jobs because the system is broken so you never get to do your real job. We are currently glorified customer service reps due to deficiencies in the new ERP system which means not only trying to hit unrealistic goals with backordered product, but constantly performing admin tasks that take us out of the field.
