However, at least in its force-placement business, this isn't really justifiable; its technical infrastructure, from database systems to management metrics to process control, are poorly developed almost to the point of parody. To compensate, the management culture relies on a large group of poorly-informed grunts who are taught by draconian example-making never to question authority. To no one's surprise, this means errors that could have been caught by engaged and empowered employees are instead either ignored or rationalized away until they lead to complaints or close-to-complaints. There are so many dedicated people working here, but their passion is wasted by an ineffective culture. So let’s say your in distro and your making outbound calls for the day. that first initial call is going to take maybe 1-2 minutes to finish if they don’t answer and you end up leaving a voicemail. This company lacks longevity with its employees because of its weak infrastructure. The turn over rate is extremely high from the entry level employee all the way up to upper management. The leadership is lacking a strong foundation and is consistently changing. This results in chaos in daily work force. The job is straight forward. Most customers are easy to deal with as far as taking claims however status calls can be difficult to deal with as many of the adjustors will not return calls or answer transfers and the customers take out their frustrations on you.
