I've been working at NICE Interactive Solutions under the umbrella of WEM in Pune for over two years now, and it has been an incredible journey so far. It's great to be a NICEr

It's been almost 3 months since I joined NICE as an Associate Software Engineer, and trust me like all said, it's good to be at NICE as NICEr. Having a great projects and team who is continuously building and evolving. Particular business domain in which i am working does all the thing right from sports day to holi parties at water park, trekking with family members to coffee meets with BU head and a list goes on. Also, the very good thing being a NICEr is that all the values and goals are being set right from the senior hierarchy which definitely uplifts you at the organization. NICE also allows and encourage us to file a patient and they reward much more as compared to anyone. Obviously, there are various reason to join NICE that's why it is also certified as "Great Place to Work" second consecutive year.

Sometimes you may juggle a lot to find life work balance, but when the storm end trust me NICE tends to party harder than that. A+ is NICE's starting point so it may ask you sheer commitments and dedication to upgrade ourselves time to time. which I believe will help individual in long run.

I am a Product Manager in the NICE UK Public Safety line of business responsible for a portfolio of recording integrations covering 911 Call handling, Telephony and Professional mobile radio systems.
I enjoy “life at NICE” starting with flexible office working (2 days a week) providing me sufficient face-to-face contact with my UK team.
I work with a true spectrum of people spread across global locations, some long-standing like myself with many years of product and R&D experience, others newer to NICE bringing expertise from other domains and ways of looking at things differently.
I enjoy the variety of work and the challenges it brings each day, among them:
1. Working with an inspiring executive team to develop the NICE product vision and communicate it to stakeholders (sales and partners).
2. While working with others, I have independence to explore and create the product plan (roadmap).
3. We’re managing a measured transition from on-premise to cloud 911 recording (Public Safety customers demand product stability and change takes time) and we’re thereby transforming the market to bring the latest innovation to the Public Safety domain.
