Great people made a great company!

Disclaimer: I should have written this review a few years ago, as I've been gone for awhile now. I had some amazing leadership in the IT department, who taught me many non-technical skills that I rely on today. I also developed a healthy respect for Quality and System Validation that has been hugely beneficial in my subsequent positions. Sure there were some rough spots, but I was there for 15 years so that's expected. Most of the executives were great people, who built teams full of folks that I loved working with. Special shoutout to Finance and Legal, and HR. I worked with them the most, and and while many have moved on or retired, those that remain are what give me faith that even though 2023 has been tough on the company, it will survive and then thrive.

It always bothered me how little I saw senior management BUY stock in the company, rather than just exercise grants. You got up in front of all of us a few times a year to rah rah, but put your paycheck where your mouth is and get some REAL skin in the game.
