Mom and Pop Establishment. They Do Not Care About Employees

Avoid this company at all costs. The CEO swears, yells and insults his team regularly. HR is extremely weak and does not work to help change the environment. Many good people here, but the problem is the culture which is led by the CEO.

Worst management I've ever seen...Period, Top management completely lacks people skills and simply do not care - this is a sweatshop, CEO/VP Ops literally tell people 'they don't care', Want you to work every weekends and long hours, No work life balance possible, Swearing and yelling is a regular occurrence, especially from the CEO, VP Management makes fun of you/yells at you if you do not come into the office when you are sick, Name calling from the CEO to his staff, Training and mentoring is non-existing. it is a joke

They had great technology when I started and then the focus shifted away from realistic use cases towards IP enforcement and acting as a spot market distributor for Samsung flash modules.

Solid and financially stable company, excellent earning potential with salary/commision, excellent benefits, great working atmosphere.

My typical day at work involved talking with B2B customers selling and trading memory components and memory modules at the market prices and talking with the procurement manager. I also sold off Netlist's excess inventory as needed. I enjoyed working with management and procurement to determine the daily pricing of new purchases, as well as what pricing should be to sell our current inventory. I most enjoyed the fact that I was given the reign to work independently for the most part, the great working environment, great Friday company lunches, and the excellent commissions.
