They do have good people / culture. That's about it.
|
They play up their diversity / inclusion and culture to cover up the fact that they mostly want people bringing a 2nd income into the family because the pay is simply not there. I made the same every year and had almost zero ways to affect it. We trained teammates in the Philippines to do our jobs then they laid us off and sent our jobs over there. Classy move all for shareholders (which, includes management).
Also, almost zero opportunities for advancement.

Give people potential to move up. Also, stop giving employees more work, but not more pay. Stop constantly trying to figure out how to run Operations. It feels like working at a startup as you're always trying to figure things out. Poor upper management skills.
