Great culture, decent sales opportunity
|
Insight is a decent opportunity to get you started, academy gives you a good basis for learning the role and how to perform. Make no mistake everything you do here from start to finish is difficult. You have to find your sales prospects, you have to sell to them and you have to find the products to sell and be a technical expert around 6100 partners. Yes, we have some support but most is stretched thin and can't help with simple requests like what Monitor is compatible or what wires to use. It feels like a grind everyday, but you do have supportive teammates, managers who want you to succeed and an overall good culture. Sometimes I think Insight does hide behind their fluffy culture creation without backing it up with fair compensation.

Working with this company was great. Opportunity to move up, I started as a packer in the shipping department and got transferred into receiving eventually ending up as the lead when the company unfortunately decided to relocate to another city. Raises were fair as well.

This employer had good hours. Mon-Fri 7a to 3 pm. Pay was not that great for the risks you take with the machinery. We didn't have to work on weekends
