Overall, the company strives to provide a good work-life balance, but things could be different based on your team. From what I have seen, the upper management is quite approachable and there's the genuine interest in employee well-being.
Pay is a touch above industry standard. The main campus in Bengaluru is an imposing office with world-class facilities. Talent is always appreciated and due-credit is given for job well done.
NetApp is a big-enough brand name that the top-tier firms (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc) will definitely give your resume a second look. Plus the company looks to be on a solid-footing, so you can expect a certain amount of stability/safety in job.
