There is no Fun at office

Think twice before you join at Nuance. Specially when it comes to Touch Commerce team I had very bad experience. Over all management is worst, they won't even bother what employees facing at work place. Employees are working hard like donkeys and end up getting nothing.

I worked at Nuance until I was laid off as a part of the Microsoft acquisition. Product was strong and the team was very supportive and collaborative. I learned a lot about selling and am grateful for the time I spent here.

Great company and they make sure employees are cared for.

I learned how to be a medical scribe. Unfortunately , my skills were not as strong as I thought they would be. Charting in a medical record and scribing were quite different. It is a great company to work for, and iff I could go back to them I 100% would.

Was good until they booted us to another company

Loved worked at Nuance. Then they randomly sent us all to work for a new company that is no where near as good as Nuance. I really miss working for the company.

Nuance was an awesome company to work for until the merged with Microsoft. After the merge hundreds of employees were forced to different companies then 6 months later were laid off due to outsourcing to India. There was no warning just a cold zoom meeting that we were basically fired and it was just business. It didn't matter if you were an postdated employee. You're job was given overseas bc it was cheaper. Not a good look for Nuance

Training is the hardest part of the job. They have transitioned plenty of times. Managers are wonderful. PTO and benefits are great. No micromanaging

Best job i ever had. Loved the work life balance. Managers were amazing. The pto was awesome!! Workload was very manageable. This company had great benefits.

Overall a good company and enjoyed my job but they are sending a lot of job’s overseas to save money and are firing all the workers from the US. Little to no raises. Bonuses were scaled way down.
