I started in the middle of the Globus Medical/ Nuvasive merger, there is a little confusion on how exactly this may impact surrent roles as well as going into the future. My manager and colleagues were genuinely great people and I enjoyed working with all of them. Work environment was flexible and there was an overwhelming sense of pride to work for such an amazing, well branded company. After the acquisition, Globus Medical quickly dismantled NuVasive to the point where it is unrecognizable. All of the things that were great about NuVasive no longer exist. It's clear that Globus cares more about money than people and culture. To the C-Suite, thanks a bunch for selling us out.
