Not what it used to be

|
The company was always viewed as a family owned company which had it's pros and cons but you could say you were proud to work there. That is no longer the case. There is no longer much interest in employee happiness. The current company President started the decline.
|
Communication is nonexistent. This causes employees to be paranoid and discuss rumors and fears amongst themselves. IT needs a new leader, the direction they are headed in is not productive. HR is no longer approachable. You hardly get a response from them after following up multiple times.

Coworkers are ok, too much turnover, people who leave are smart, get out when you can

Don’t expect anything from the company, get out when you can or they will take advantage of or fire you. The benefits they claim to offer you is just marketing to get new hires cause they have trouble hiring, when it comes to it it is a nightmare to actually get any benefits that’s promised

Get it in writing. -enjoy your expensive healthcare options and your one week of PTO after waiting 6 months and 2 weeks of PTO after waiting a year. - Traditional, enjoy your intensive drug screening. - they have no problems firing people without having a backup plan for the workload. -Supervisors and managers are exempt from the mandatory RTO
