No Training! Zero support This place will sale you a false dream in your interview, do not fall for it!! I worked here for less than 6 months, when I started I was promised a thorough training which never happened. The lady that was supposed to train me left the same week I started, she warned me about my manager before she left!! She was 100% correct, management does not show any support or care. You're treated as if you're incompetent, I have expressed on multiple occasions that I do not feel “heard or valued” as an employee or team member. Nothing was done! Then when I decided to resign I sent my email to upper management along with the CEO. I was then advised that I should not have done that and that it is frowned upon!! Which I found interesting as a response considering, I'd already exceeded other options! Feels like management is protected so either you shut up and suck it up... Or leave!!!! Culture is relaxed. Hardest part is sometimes dealing with a micro-manager. Most enjoyable is completing a day knowing employees will be paid on time and correctly.
