over-all it is a great place to work. There is lots of creative freedom, and innovation is strongly encouraged. upper management is supportive and there a a great sense of comradery among colleagues. departmental co-working and communication is second to none. particularly if you are starting out in the industry it is a great place to build an impressive reel.

The downside is an utter lack of adequate compensation, many entry-level employees have difficulty finding affordable housing due to wages. No rases are available, The only time anything beyond cost-o-living was offered was when it was legally necessary to prevent salaried employees for being eligible for overtime. they are on a terminal raise freeze. there is no opportunities for advancement beyond leaving for a different station.
