The micro management is indescribable! This company is horrible! It has a cut-throat culture. There is segmented unorganized sales training if you can call it that. New products or solutions are constantly being introduced without training. "Just sell it!" Nothing is well planned or thought out. Key selling points aren't outlined. Pricing isn't explained. Goals are completely unrealistic! A pandemic will not change the goals- they will get higher. If you want to feel angry, frustrated, stressed out, and unfulfilled this is the place for you! The Copy and Print department is the most demanding department. The company expects you to be cross-trained in all areas, yet few people are skilled enough, or willing, to work in copy and print when help is needed. Individual store management is awful at the current location(small relative to other locations)—roughly fifteen employees with one general manager and three supervisors. Lack of communication and lack of consistency in feedback between management on rules such as uniform policy or break times suggests an environment in which favoritism is easily perceived. Pay is low and weekly payroll is decreasing leaving current employees strained to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Overall, I regret my decision to be employed by this current building and the organization in general.
