There are literally none apart from you can use the work van whenever you want because the staff are to incompetent to notice
|
Treated like a piece of dirt daily , 0 help from rude office staff who couldn’t care less, expect to travel 100s of miles a day due to moronic scheduling , often get pay wrong and have to fight to get it back , managers who ignore you for months on end unable to resolve the simplest of requests, many people worked here have been left with mental health and physical injuries due to the stress and constant barrage of insanity aboard at all cost criminal organisation who deserve to loose their license

Per diem at $70/day
Lower level managers are friendly and supportive but higher level managers are so far disconnected from field personnel yet make the decision when layoffs come around
|
Laid off 2 times within a year and 10 months. When they have business things are good but the minute sales guys don’t perform they cut the field personnel first until they secure a new contract.

Look where the problems lie. When you have sales guys that have NO sales experience… can’t even call a reference sent to them for work cause they call a number in a completely
Different state and also don’t follow up in a timely manner with bids for work it’s no wonder you don’t have anything in the pipeline to retain your field guys who do anything and everything to get the job efficiently and accurately!
