Bait and switch. They are reducing staff to the point that one employee completes the work of three. It's next to impossible to collaborate because everyone is so overworked they don't have time for important projects outside their immediate area. They don't train new employees well. It is probably one ot the top employers in the small town of Stillwater, OK. If you are upper/senior management if becomes a great place to work. Free vehicles, paid gas, country club memberships, and bonuses are the perks for working here. Because of the small staff you will gain experiance in several aspects that surrond your job title and more freedoms are givin to you in order to do your job. | The largest downside to working is bad communication between departments and between upper managment to lower management. Vital information and prodecures seem to always fall through the cracks. Upper management has a very low turnover rate, so if you are looking for quick advancement or ladder climbing this is not the place. There is a very large gap between employees and management compensation.
