Used to be a place with intelligent, hardworking, and dedicated people who worked as a great team. Unfortunately, management did not materialize on assets emplyees brought to work.

Company's leadership has a strong strategic vision and alliances, pushing for success.
|
Company needs a success. Since the pipeline implosion early in 2017 it has regressed into bare essential, start up, mentality and goals. Some of middle management either has a tendency to micro manage or have unrealistic expectations of people under them and it has been hemorrhaging good people ever since the first quarter. It will take strong showing from the remaining pipeline or new drug discovery for OncoMed to continuing being a viable oncology company.

A lot of great people were cut early in the year with more who left afterwards. Stability at the top does not necessarily translate into stability for the base of the company. Middle management needs to be more empathetic and understanding to the concerns and needs of the people below them or continue facing instability going forward.
