Top heavy company with the heart in the right place

My opinion:
Stagnant environment heavily engaged in office politics. Communication and direction was occasionally lacking or misguided. Safety was acceptable but responsibility was not always there. Does good work in the community as well as makes a product of value. Good Quality and record-keeping but you can get quickly buried in paperwork and meetings, this company loves meetings. Lots of supervisors and managers - seems top heavy as a company. Friendly Coworkers.

One of the few things that I learned was that communication is the key. I really enjoyed working there, running such a big account. It was so unfortunate that my country's Ministry of Health made it difficult for me to get what I requested. I would definitely be happy again if recalled to continue my assignment.

It is a good company to start your career. The atmosphere is fun and the people there are nice. They do treat the employees well with work picnics and holiday party each year. You really need to put in a lot of work to be recognized in order to advance your career, but thats not guaranteed.
