Culture-everyone is amazing. I made more life long friends here than at any other place in my life. Pay- competitive. They gave out cost of living increase when inflation got out of control. Yearly base pay increases plus bonuses. Benefits-medical. Dependents covered at 90%. Winter shut down. Generous vacation and time off. Flex Time. Everyone is highly collaborative.

This is a small company that treats their employees well. They trust their employees as experts in their field. They show employees appreciation by rewarding them with very competitive pay and benefits, a state of the art work environment along with surprise tokens of appreciation. Colleagues are helpful and collaborative. It is a joy to go to work here everyday.

Company is young and is future is unknown pending upcoming data. Not really a con, typical of a growing small company with potential, but instability is concerning.
