A lot of meetings every day with the home office. Not enough involvement with the customers. It's their way mentality. Nothing new could be brought to the table. Free lunches, Nice people at the plant level. Worker Washington, IL USA Accountability is a one way street Your plan will change day to day, do not make weekend plans you will be asked to work the weekend and most times asked to go home early on Monday or Tuesday, not do to lack of work but due to poor management and planning. Accountability is a one way street and the ones making the parts are always wrong, You will be threatened daily with write up for not following processes, yet most processes and control plans are not available or incomplete, again the production operators fault. People that defend others or themselves will be put on jobs with bad rate or rework then face discipline actions for low productivity. Take up golf or be a yes man if you want to succeed, these seem to be more important than skill, work ethic or talent.
