The customers and coworkers make coming to work a pleasure. Your experience in the company will very greatly depending on which location your positioned at. One location may have management with high integrity, with everyone treated with respect while another branch will not. One branch will help you advance your career while another might try to hold you back. I was responsible for opening closing the branch, along with overrides and other supervisor duties. However, the New Account position is not categorized as supervisory and compensation reflects this. I recommend only approving what you are comfortable putting your job on the line for. Management has to muddle into the grey areas quite a bit. The procedures and computer programs were constantly evolving, usually for the better.The computer system is like a cheap base model car (Pinto) they keep upgrading slowly instead of paying the money upfront for the highly integrated system which would better serve the business needs. It can be frustrating but you always have a new improvement to look forward to.
