Fully stocked kitchen with free food. Mostly processed food, salads, and sandwiches.

Horrible business ethics. Endless layoffs. They lie and say they wont do anymore but they do. They have a fake image that everything is fine but its not. Higher ups cant take responsibility for their actions and blame it on their subordinates. Worst part if you do something amazing or complete an assignment early or anything of that sort they will take full credit for it and you get the short end of the stick with absolutely no recognition.

Leadership is immature and seems unable to run the business without constant layoffs, even while touting amazing sales. The layoffs are endless, if you're acquired prep your resume and start looking. The CEO idolizes Elon, he tells employees how everyone should quit if they are there for a paycheck (confusing, it's a job, where you exchange your time for money), and that they should be sleeping on the "factory floor" to turn a profit, while his personal driver or private plane paid by the company takes him from the office to one of his many homes. The leadership team is stacked with his bros and personal friends. There is no viable business plan and the tech is not better than the competition. The culture i passive aggressive backbstabbing. The head of HR lies to employees. Run, run fast, work anywhere else. Also the benefits are awful. Run.
