When achieving said record profit, instead of sharing a small % of that profit with employees and giving them a small cash bonus to show appreciation…you will instead get a bonus in Doritos with a sticker saying “you’re all that and a bag of chips”
(I wish I was kidding, this is not a joke and actually happened 1 year). It was the most demeaning thing that has ever happened to most of us in our careers and led to mass attrition.

Not only did a manger think this was a good idea, said manager continued to get promoted within the company at a rapid pace. Just shows the type of “good ideas” they value at this place and who they continue to put in charge. Run for the hills my friends, you are not appreciated at this place. Whether Paccar knows this or not, Cheetos are in fact not a valid legal tender to pay your bills.
