No Leadership, poor work environment
The flexibility of hours worked was great
The salary, benefits and environment were horrible. Very clique and poorly managed. This is an ok job for someone looking to learn what not to do at a SaaS company.

Not a good time to be employed at PCG
PCG offers great products to any organization in the retail space. There are some very smart/talented individual that work here.
Upper management is ruining the organization. There is no direction from any side of the business. If you are asked to do a task you are expected to figure it out on your own. Expect to work days, nights, weekends, etc. You are on call 24/7. If you have a family this is not a place for you to be.

Treat all of your employees with respect. There are the ones that are creating your success. Give them feedback, they deserve it. You expect people to leave their current companies to come work here and then you turn them over. Not a good business model.

Amazing company and culture
The job is great because the upper management is great. When you have an executive team that allows you to do your job and not micromanage you things tend to be positive for self starters.
If you need someone to tell you what to do and when to do it this is not the job for you.

Blast From the Past... opefully it's changed
Small Comapny (still?) meant it was very agile, and daily interactions with the CEO - depending on your job function. It was interesting at the time, and was on the cusp of devloping true 32-bit software at tehi time (instead of the old DOS interface). They did work to do certain things like UTA rideshare for those of us commuting, and there were some really talented and wonderful people there.
They simply would not spend for marketing. In fact, they simply decided to STOP marketing altogether (actually dissolved Marketing Dept. while I was there). Not a good decision, but they seem to rise from the ashes again and again like a phoenix.
They look to be reinvented- possiby reignited, but you have to have your ducks in a row, thick skin and a strong sense of who you are and what you know in order to work with the CEO.
Commute was NOT good- UTA rideshare helped though. SUNDANCE was horrible! Not the festival, but working on Main Street when the Sundance crowd is there... no parking, no room to even drive- and youre simply trying to get to work! They've moved since then (thankfully).
