You get lucky like I did with an amazing manager who is sympathetic and empathetic then you are good. Back end is ok.

Great culture at a corporate level. A lot of community involvement there. They are always more than willing to help and make sure you understand what is going on.

I have nightmares still from working at the Denver branch. Worst management ever. Yells at you in the middle of the branch, unwilling to take the time to help, very toxic.

For the most part it is a relaxed environment depending on which branch you are at.

The pay is no where near competitive with other banks. New employees with zero experience get paid more hired on the. Employee’s who have been here for years. Lots of turn over. Big sales goals, with minimum reward.
