I was lucky enough to get into this firm in my initial career. Best teams. Interesting work going on in Pega. Definitely will will grow exponentially in future as the leadership and people acknowledge latest technology trends. As my personal experience I tried internal opportunities for my career growth but there are different departments which somehow will restrict you from inter departmental switch which is kind of annoying. I gave up my promotion for the career growth but sadly I was'nt able make the switch.
