The company started as a development company and has always had that as their strength. However; as an operational specialist, the infrastructure was not there to fully support the field management per the project led contractual agreements. This often made life much more stressful than it should/could have been for the operational field management.
They should really be careful/reduce signing agreements which they are unable to provide effective corporate full support.

Little to no communication from above or even across rhe office. Actually a toxic work environment. Stress and pressure from managers for information not needed for decisions. They treated the contractors horribly bad.
Run away from this company.

This company was competing with Google for employees in their San Francisco office, so they had a lot of neat incentive programs. Work life balance was great with opportunities to work from home frequently. However the company had just recently gone public when I worked there and was experiencing growing pains they were not prepared for.

Turbines old and poorly maintained. Really improved my troubleshooting skills. Disappointed management did not see enough value in their employees to keep them. Harsh work environment, summer heat over 100
but still enjoyed the challenge.
