It is a great company to work for however there is favoritism here. It is very hard to grow within the company you get a lot of promises that sometimes are not kept.

I was not happy at all. The only thing that this company cares about is the profits for shareholders, not the employees. The benefits are too expensive for employees to afford. Micro managing to get more profits from everyone is not how a company should treat their people.

Because of the range of products and services offered by PetMeds, the store received a very wide range of customers and clientele. No two days were ever the same. It was sad when the company relocated from London to Jersey because it meant my time with them had to come to an end. However I still remember the time I worked there with great fondness and would still recommend the company to anyone who is interested in working for PetMeds.

The customer service position is fine for someone who is looking to get back into the work force but you will not be able to advance in this position or any position in the company. The management is very poor with no follow through on rules or changes to their policies. It is not a horrible place to work but it is not a place that I would recommend working at.

Answering calls, emails, and web-chats, and taking orders from customers. Calls are monitored and scored daily. Management is very helpful to critique your calls, and advise you on what you can change to improve your scores. Nice sized break room, and close to restaurants for lunch.
