lots of micromanagement, company is extremely unorganized, poor communication amongst management/leadership, there is definitely a power hierarchy and if you work in member services, you are at the bottom of the totem pole

Every year, they modify the way the organization operates. It was once manager-oriented but is now scrum-oriented. Annual performance assessments are jokes that are never done well. People are distressed and frequently quit when hiring from the outside rather than promoting from the inside. Management isn't listening and doesn't care.
