Sliding scale 401k needs to go. Plus only matching 3% on the 401k is kinda of useless. CEO Mullet makes way to much salary for what little he has accomplished so far, plus he’s Canadian WTF! There’s 335 million people in America and some of best institutions for higher learning anywhere in the world surly the board could find someone that’s American I would think. With a little effort obviously.
