Leadership lacking, aggressive culture

Not a good experience overall. Business units do not work well together, aggressive corporate culture stems from the top. Success comes if you are "in", or resist being put into a box. Best course of action is to stay in your lane and do as your told.
Pay is comparable and work-life-balance can be good if you play your cards right.

Used to be a good place to work.

Overall, the company has changed and not for the better. Within Customer Success, the leadership team (VPs and Sr. Directors) were promoted without ever having actually performed the job of Account Management, nor do they understand what it takes to get the job done. If you are liked by leadership, you will be good; however, do not rest on your laurels, as things can change quickly.

My experience was two-fold, great at first working as an analyst for several years - growth, training, great colleagues. Accepted a promotion then two people began to bully and harass me to the point of making it an extremely hostile work environment. One was an employee who did not get the position. The other kept earphones in her ears all day and was put out when someone attempted to make contact with her - then blamed others for not speaking to her - preschool behavior. Management refused to acknowledge. If you are a favorite or part of a clique, you will be safe, but don't look for any assistance if your outside the box and just want to do your job. Premier was a great company prior to becoming public, but once they attempted to change their business model, everything became disjointed, miserable and petty.
