Nice place to work at but not perfect

Good work-life balance and generally good work environment. Payment is good and benefits are average. Most people are nice to work with. The technology is cool and there is a lot of room to learn. Most managers are easy going, nice, and good leaders.

- This is more related to the teams and not the company, but some people can create gossip out of jealousy. Some managers are aware of this issue but do not handle it in the best way.
- Some people hold important roles but are not nice to work with.
- Upper management and executives are overly optimistic about the industry and do not manage the company well. When the company doesn't do good, the employees get affected by often and unexpected changes in company structure or layoffs.

- Be more realistic about the industry and do not try to sell false expectations to the employees and customers.
- If people complain about an employee, make sure it is legit and for a valid reason or cut the gossip at the source. Otherwise this only feeds and perpetuates a toxic work environment.
- If/when the company struggles, be careful how you handle it and treat the employees as it can and will backfire if not done properly.
- Do something about people with important roles that do not know how to work well with others and create a toxic work environment. They should not be shielded from any consequences due to their position.

Beware of colleagues that don't share company "values". I experienced some pretty toxic interactions with upper level colleagues. I was really excited to get this Job, but in the end it really turned me off,
