Great place to learn something new.

Great place to learn something completely different, cutting edge in a very niche industry. I will say on the home life and work life front it is awful, with small crews and your regional reps stretched thin you'll likely not be able to take time off. On call in the small hours of the morning can really stuck too.

Then they don't.
They hire temp agency employees and kick you out before 90 days with only on the job training and no training or communication as to what you're doing right or what needs improving.
No performance reviews. No feedback. You find out where you stand when they let you go.

Great place to work, they expect employees to exhibit integrity and honesty. If you say you are working, there had better be proof of it etc, what any job would expect but a little more self policing and time management involved. Fuel cells are awesome tech and will be around everywhere before too long so knowing the technology early in the game is a win win...So far the best job I have ever had and hopefully the last one I will ever have.

Good company, bad management. I was hired through a temp agency and told that after 6 months I would be a regular employee with a pay raise. I helped them have the most successful peak season that they've ever had at my location, and when the 6 months rolled around I was told that I had to wait longer due to "complaints". Low pay. Heavy workload. High turnover. Exploits techs. Deceptive.

My experience with plug power was horrible, the hours were not flexible. Lack of Management and also a lack of communication. After working for almost 9 months they never hired me. I was terminated for no reason. They fabricated lies and used it against me. They hired and promoted those who they favor only. You must work like a slave just to be favored. Your work ethics doesn't count for anything.

This is a bad place to work trust me I don't advice anyone to work there I was working about 10 months there I was training new people's I was excellent worker and when I was about to get hire to the company they fire me saying that I did had bad attitude on the job when that's not true at all I was good with everyone in there and they know that so I don't work there anymore
