My team lead and scheduler were awesome to work with; always very helpful and pleasant. The same with my co workers. Went above and beyond to help you if you needed it. Not so with the call center manager. The manager doesn't do his job and neither do the people that I worked with and because they wouldn't do their jobs, they still got paid $15,000-$20,000 more than I did! Pinnacle goes the extra 100 miles to ensure that their associates are treated fairly and are happy in their positions. They are always throwing a party, lunch, breakfast, birthday celebrations, etc. We work hard but actually get to take a lunch hour.
