You need very strong staff and managers for the shift to run smooth. Lots of running around and multitasking, you have to be quick and a fast learner as it’s a glorified fast food restaurant. Company itself doesn’t pay well and cuts hours. Some of the managers care about you while others don’t. I worked alone for more than half of the shift. The hardest part of the job is probably working at night.
