I throughly enjoyed my time at SCP. You meet a lot of folks working out in the field and build relationships with their companies. You will go to the warehouse to retrieve materials but it's so well laid out and they have a system to help find materials faster. Incredible company to grow in.

If you enjoy watching your women coworkers get belittled and called demeaning names by management, this is the place for you! Wouldn’t recommend working here. By far one of the toughest work environments to function in, nonetheless be highly successful in. You are constantly belittled by management with little encouragement, training or appreciation. Pay and benefits are mediocre at best. You have to be in a pretty bad spot eduction or work experience wise to willingly want to work here.

This company is full of nothing more than empty promises and lies. They do NOT value their employees at all !!! The pay is garbage !!! They do NOT offer a livable wage. The "bonuses " are only paid out if your branch meets sales goals, otherwise you get absolutely nothing!!! You get NOTHING for Christmas. No gift card, no bonus, no 'thank you'.
You will NEVER be appreciated at SCP !!!! The branch mangers, regional managers, and all the higher-ups only care about their own pockets and how big their bonuses are going to be ! Lies, deciet, and you will NEVER be valued. They will blow smoke up your butt forever and tell you that you're appreciated. Guess what....YOU'RE NOT!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Coworkers and management were easy to get along with for the most part. Company had good support if you asked the right departments. Terribly old IT systems led to many outages throughout the year. Overtime is unavoidable in the summer. Career growth is limited unless you move into sales. Pay was low and bonuses relied heavily on sales. Overall decent place to start a career but there are better jobs out there.
