There is nothing good about this company. (Terrible work culture; Everyone is severely underpaid for their responsibilities and titles)

I joined Pacific Premier with high hopes and eagerness to contribute to the team. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of proper training and a challenging work environment that took a toll on my well-being.
From the start, the training provided by my manager was insufficient, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. Communication was often delivered in a rude and demeaning manner, creating a hostile atmosphere. I felt unfairly accused of actions I didn't commit and struggled to meet unclear expectations.
The work environment became increasingly difficult, and I found it hard to perform at my best due to the constant fear of being criticized. Despite seeking help from Employee Relations and my manager's manager, the solutions provided did not address the underlying issues or validate the impact on my mental well-being.
I believe that a supportive work environment is crucial for personal and professional growth, and unfortunately, my experience at Pacific Premier Bank fell short of providing such an environment.
