My department arrives a 7:45 am and it is not uncommon to stay until 6pm. Sometimes 6:10 or a little later. We have been required to work Saturdays, overtime mandatory. No time to spend with family or keep up with your home maintenance. 2 30 minute lunches are hardly long enough to use the bathroom and eat a bagged lunch, forget going to get something. The only holidays we have off are Thanksgiving and Christmas. We even worked New Year's day. And in the midst of the pandemic many people wear their masks improperly and take them off in the breakroom. HR claims to do all they can to enforce masks but I have seen the people in charge ignore improper mask use and even lower their own to talk to others in the overcrowded breakroom. No parking during shift change, get there early or you will be late. Higher positions given to inept people who happen to be friends or family of other people in power. Uncomfortable working conditions. Long hours on concrete floors without any kind of rubber mats, we do have broken plastic riser grates we can stand on but they are warped, slip if you'renot careful, and the uneven edges are a trip hazard. MEX La empresa es buena y las prestaciones. Por parte de recursos humanos les falta saber atender y valorar al personal que ya laboran en las diferentes plantas y horarios. También dar mayor capacitación al personal de nuevo ingreso.
