Not sure if it’s a direct result of the new CEO’s decisions, but the credit must be laid at his office door. Changes to the sales and delivery ecosystem in pursuit of growth has been disruptive in a very negative way. It’s hard to find anyone who is not struggling with changes, expected work, and grappling with steep pay reductions or low pay. Top resources and top sellers are starting to leave the company or are marketing themselves for an exit. Executives are not consistent with how the internal transformation is managed, and the CEO seems to be a 1 person dictator. Executives need to get in tune immediately and stop treating subordinates as a commodity, otherwise the house will continue to burn and the stock will continue to crash.

Stock price sinking each day and is below the 52 Week Low with a 22% YTD decrease in stock price so far.
No job security for recruiters because Talent Acquisition department has too many recruiters with no openings to work on and no new projects to staff.
Would not recommend anyone to work in this department.
Company lays off employees with no severance.

They lack the leadership to improve processes and they do not appreciate or reward their employees. Colleagues are great, I love who I work with. It's a stressful atmosphere and training is inadequate.

i believe that the more stress work part is delivery on time the project, but it´s the same in all companies

The environment is nice, cool and the culture is a integrative all make feel good
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Early morning a Daily meeting . check some point about status project, coding , respond mails, coding and some days participate in some talks about programing, environment work , etc.
