When I first started it was a very cooperative team effort. Then the founding management left and the new management decided to go into the lines of business we knew nothing about by buying other companies, and overtime has ended most of the perqs. It's not gone so far is to be a sweatshop but the transition to being a big company lost all of the culture and focus that made it a good place to work. This company treats staff terrible, promotions go only to relatives of owners who then sit and watch You Tube videos, employees shorted overtime regularly, the HR lady is offensive and insulting and she talks behind everyone's backs - gossip is her only work product!
