Progression is slow. You get told to do the specs of the next level job to get promotion, but then don’t get it even after half a year of doing everything in the spec. Numerous colleagues have left for this reason.

Working here from last 2-3 years, the appraisals percentage are very low in good days the highest you will get is 10%-12%, that too for hardworking employees. There is no fixed contract period they will extend it anytime.
