What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked with the company from 2018-2021!!! There wasn’t a best part of the job, as it was all amazing! There is no wrong things to say about this employer. The team that I worked with was just that, AMAZING! I would still be there today but I had to relocate.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was nothing stressful here. If one needed help, you always had someone to go to for help.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s very relaxed. I was never stressed while working.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day was 6a-3pm. Don’t get me wrong, you will work each hour. The job itself is a detailed one; however, you had all the tools needed to get the job completed.

Good work/ life balance and decent pay, but lack of progression opportunities and training
|
The job is a good stepping stone for new graduates who want to start their career in finance, but there isn’t really a clearly defined career path and training is severely lacking. The office is mostly dominated by placement students too and there’s a lack of managerial presence in the office most days which means it can be quite chaotic/ disorganised. Overall, it’s a good job if you want stable pay and job security, but don’t expect to advance your career here.

I worked with the company for almost 5 years and I loved working with my team. I had to relocate and we became hybrid so I couldn’t continue my employment. If I ever get the opportunity again, I will go back.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For the duration of time I were employed, it was never stressful.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s very relaxed. There was an open line of communication which made it very at ease.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day was to come to the office do my job and leave ;however, in between time, we did have a lot of employee engagement and meetings.
