Primoris actually cares about their employees & community; sponsoring many charities. The company frequently puts on events for employees & their families, ie: PRIM Days (which is a lot of fun). We have monthly meetings with lunches provided, which gives everyone a chance to step away & decompress. We are also encouraged to take extra training, courses, etc. which is awesome.
I think the biggest 'issue' is sometimes (due to the size of the company), communication can be a little lacking.
Overall ... I love it.
I'm a lifer (I hope)!

Good culture

Great place to work, management encourages workers to have fun and work hard at the same time. They treat you with respect, and tries to accommodate your work/life balance. Can't picture my self working any other company. I've been working here since Willbros days and i am happy to say that Primoris had turned things around.

The worst part is the hostility that is tolerated, even after reporting. The workload was excessive and extremely unorganized. Left burnt out and stressed like many others.
