Strong customer following. Small bank where you’ll learn a lot about the nuts and bolts of community banking. Poor products coupled with an archaic system makes achieving sales numbers very cumbersome and client retention is a constant uphill struggle. Upper management is so distant and removed from the front line staff that goals are completely unattainable.
