Pressure to meet Impossible performance metrics from management and company, which often result in unhappy members who are often stranded, and miss life sustaining appointments. No work life balance. Mentally and emotionally taxing especially if you genuinely care about helping people. If the members feel like their being rushed off the phone it's because they are. Building rapport is frowned upon because it affects numbers. God forbid you have symptoms from the covid vaccine they forced you to get and you need to call out, or you have a sick child at home. They don't accept drs notes and force you to work on holidays with little notice. Also choose you're schedule wisely, because what ever you pick you will have until the day you die.

Coworkers are cool.
Easy to get to the job because of transportation

Hardly any raises one raise I received was 10 cent after a whole year.
Management was rude but thought because they smiled it was okay to say anything they wanted.
Supervisors had hired their friends from outside work and obviously played favorites
