Constant change and wheel spinning
The local office in Maine is fine. People are great. If you work in some departments you are tied to the phone and can barely breathe and everything you do or say is monitored and critiqued. Every second of your life is under a microscope. For all these expectations, pay is terrible. Benefits are OK once you get past the deductibles. Oh, but be prepared to pay for medical even when it’s supposed to be free. The upper management changes every couple of years and you have to hang onto your hat while they restructure and let people go. Then they try and reinvent the wheel and you ride it out until the next CEO comes along with different ideas. Everything is constantly changing and not always for the best. There are always new procedures and technology and the technology changes are always terrible. Local managers are good folks for the most part but spend half the day outside smoking. If you can’t find your boss just check outside the front door. Hard to say if they are bored, stressed, or just looking to hang together. They try to make things pleasant and bring food and giveaways. I don’t know how much the locals can do. When the corporate people show up they don’t interact and spend all their time behind closed doors on the phone. They’re usually oblivious to the floor. Oh one thing about the managers. They write you up for swearing on the floor but every other word out of some of them is a four letter word. Really bad swearing like the types of things that should never be said at work. Loud about it too. There really should be a bar of soap put into a couple of mouths.

Liked the flexibility
Worked as a PRN NP. My route was planned out for the day. Liked charting in the tablet. No paper charting. Have to be prepared the work may not be predictable. Some months slow others busy. Some patients cancel.

Proceed with caution
You may be laid off at any time due to lack of business. Lack off communication. The pay is ok if you can get hours. I wouldn't plan on a long-term position, even if they promise plenty of work.

Flexibility
This job allows for great flexibility and work/life balance. You are able to advocate for patients and spend adequate time with them that you often wouldn’t be able to do in an office setting.

Productive company and a fun place to work. Great team spirit and management team.
Great company and staff. You feel at home. Wonderful leads and their dedication to training new and existing employees is superb. I enjoyed my co-workers and all the perks. Motivated and always looked forward to coming to work and would frequently be the last to leave. The overtime is unlimited and helped me purchase my car and trips throughout my employment. Great advancements and location.

Horrible
Be prepared to be overworked, underpaid, and then laid off. You must have thick skin and no life outside of work. Patient homes can be dangerous, company will pretend they care but will not change any action or give support.
It is a job.

Little thought is given to their employees.

Training issues
This companies training is terrible. They only give you a few weeks of training and then send you out on the floor to take calls and you dont have any idea of how to handle the information the customers are giving to you. Its like being set up to fail and you have no control over it. Your faulted for errors that you weren't aware you were making, due to not having a through training and understanding of what you are to do.

No employee appreciation
They don’t appreciate their employees enough and they don’t reward you for going above and beyond . They barely give you raises and you don’t get paid if they have to close due to a covid case .

You can get away with alot if you're cool with management
Depending on what team you go to can make a big difference. Working as a CSR can be stressful but being able to miss days freely with little to no reprimand makes up for it. It's a red pill, blue pill situation either way you look at it. It's the companies world, you're just working for em.
