The company is good and you get RTO (Routine Time Off) but that is just a way for the company to not pay out PTO. So if you do not use RTO, and you get fired, you get no severance package or nor do you get your "PTO" paid out
|
Managers lie to the higher ups in order to get certain people fired. You have to make sure you kiss up to your manager, in order to stay long, you better hope to be liked by the higher ups because your work ethic can only do some much. I was a CRA II for 4 years and they never promoted me be to a Sr. CRA within those 4 years, but last week they offered me the Sr. CRA position with only a 3% increase in my salary.

No work life balance. no HR support after joining the organisation. Fake promises about 6-6 month bonus program- it depends on team to team and you will get yearly bonus (very less). No shift allowances as promised in salary negotiations- it’s purely depends on your LM if he wants to give - he will request you to work on general shift which from 11 to 8 pm which is actually a shift!!
