So if you do not use RTO, and you get fired, you get no severance package or nor do you get your "PTO" paid out Managers lie to the higher ups in order to get certain people fired. You have to make sure you kiss up to your manager, in order to stay long, you better hope to be liked by the higher ups because your work ethic can only do some much. No work life balance. no HR support after joining the organisation. Fake promises about 6-6 month bonus program- it depends on team to team and you will get yearly bonus (very less).
