I love it

The people. The pay. The work. The flexibility. Its been all amazing. You'll see some bad reviews because of restructuring and my heart goes out to those impacted. Unfortunately that is the current climate. But overall PS has been my most favorite-est (not a word, I know) place to work.

Great product and great people, but culture needs some work
|
A great product working with people that really care about each other and their customers. Difficult market though and selling is tough. So much potential still even though they have a strong place in the market but they need to work on culture and hiring. Lots of change has caused some politics and like other SaaS companies, the overhiring has resulted in very painful cuts

Have undergone a lot of change since going from IPO to privately owned by Vista. Seems to be churning out talent without a care and not taking much accountability at the higher levels.

Lacked stability

Lots of changes and upheaval. Nice people but just didn’t feel stable. Lots of anxious people. Especially in sales. Always felt like too many people but nobody who knew what was actually going on.

Kind of lost its way in the past few years. Squandered their market leader positioning and now off-shoring every conceivable job function as quickly as possible. Half the company has gone to India within a year. Still lots of nice people working here, but it was pretty stale and stagnant when I was there.

They pay decent but it masks the horrible company management

The ship is sinking. Management takes no accountability. There’s little transparency in communication. As an employee you’re chasing opposite goals to help keep water out of the boat. It’s a lose lose.
The money attracts talent but they can’t keep them. The toxicity and stress felt once there is hard to shake.
